When I first considered Care Resort for my father, I had some concerns. The homepage and the information I found online seemed a bit outdated, which left me unsure about the quality of the facility. However, as of early 2025, I can confidently say this perception couldn’t be further from the truth. Care Resort is alive, thriving, and an incredibly well-organized place that exceeded all of our expectations. My father stayed here for over a month, and we’ve extended his stay for another three weeks because of how much he loves it. In fact, we’re now seriously considering moving here permanently and having him reside at the resort long-term. The care provided by the team is extraordinary. The staff members are empathetic, patient, and highly professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate my father’s specific needs, which included several hospital visits for a pacemaker check-up, hearing aids, and a follow-up for a stent. Everything was organized seamlessly, leaving us completely stress-free. One standout feature is the use of the LINE app, which allowed me to connect with a team of 15 people involved in my father’s care. Any request—whether it was to book a doctor’s appointment or address a specific need—was handled swiftly and professionally. This level of communication and coordination is truly unmatched. The facility itself is warm and welcoming, and the environment fosters a genuine sense of care and compassion. My dad, who was initially reluctant to come, is now trying to convince his best friend and his wife to join him at Care Resort. That speaks volumes about the experience he’s had here. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be to expand the variety of alcoholic beverages available. While my dad was happy with the gin and tonic provided, he would have enjoyed more options like beer, wine, or cocktails. This is a very small point in an otherwise exceptional experience. Care Resort is a testament to what excellent care should look like. The facility is not only well-managed but also filled with staff who genuinely care about the well-being of their residents. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who made my father’s stay so enjoyable, and I wholeheartedly recommend Care Resort to anyone looking for a truly special place for their loved ones.
