This rehabilitation hospital is new. This means all the staff is on a learning curve. But everyone is trying hard to live up to the expectations... maybe with the exception of the kitchen and this should be the easiest part. But after talking to one of the first customers this was the biggest issue. From my experience, if you know where the hospital is it's OK, but try telling a taxi driver you want to go Serene hospital. There is a good chance he will take you for a ride. Some more signs should help. If you look for a reasonable place to recover Serene hospital can be recommended.
SCAM! BE CAREFUL! I was called to get free health check and free vitamin drip. I only got body mass check, scale (check weight), and blood pressure. Kept telling us to wait for so long and move rooms for each test, selling IV Drip packages in between. They didn't even ask if I'm allergic to anything. Honestly, everything could've been done in 5 mins in 1 room. Forcing us to buy a 60x IV Drip package and felt forceful, won't let you go home. We just walked away!
Poor service. The Employees and consultants speak and recommend badly even though I paid for the service. 🤢🤮
